In 2004 nine exceptionally talented young writers were selected by their MA Course tutors and then by three Arvon-appointed mentors to spend six months developing their novels. Generously supported by The Jerwood Charity, the process began with a residential master class week at Totleigh Barton, The Arvon Foundation’s centre in Devon. This is a selection of some of the work produced during this scheme.
